  Over the phone, I was quoted a price and told it would take about an hour for the tech to get here and another 30 minutes to an hour for the key to be made. I told them that I had to leave for work by a certain time (roughly an hour and a half from the time that I called) and was told that they could make that work. The tech was here in roughly 25-30 minutes, and it only took him 30 minutes to make me a key and a spare. Wonderful customer service and very speedy. They accept debit cards which was a huge plus for me on such short notice as this was super urgent. I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone finding themselves in the bind I faced today - losing your keys is stressful enough without having to worry about just how you'll be getting to work or wherever else you need to go.
